Yeah, most definitely let me know, I would like to see some of your work! It sounds like an epic battle of the arts, or something haha. I have always wanted to be good at drawing but I'm pretty amateurish. I hope you find some sort of way to do both of them at some sort of awesome capacity!
And yeah, the coast great, like I said, it would be great to live their someday, I really like all those sleepy little beach towns. I just want to get a dog and move out there and write and play music and walk on the beach, that's my dream haha. The whole Oregon coast is cliff and rock heavy and it's got a ton of beautiful lighthouses, etc. It's pretty cool. The cave from the Goonies is in Astoria. Some of my other favorite things to do are to fly kites and visit the aquariums that are scattered around. Pretty cool!
And I am impressed! The UK is so great for theatre. I want to go to the globe someday, I'm pretty jealous. Someday. I learned all about it in my theatre history classes, pretty interesting. I'm not super familiar with Henry VIII, or the histories in general, although I know I have seen a couple of them. I think Oregon Shakespeare is doing one of the Henry's this summer, maybe I'll check it out. They are also doing Hamlet though...so that may distract me haha. And favorite playwright? Tough question. I have been on a Sarah Ruhl kick lately...but I also read "Mother Courage" by Brecht and "The Weir" by Conor McPherson recently which both blew my mind. I love Edward Albee and Arthur Miller too, but who doesn't I guess? I am constantly looking for good plays and playwrights. I'm trying to absorb the classics while keeping up with everything else haha!
